No, I haven’t seen anything like that so far. o__o
Anyway, I sent the publishers off an email to their feedback system with a complaint. I was like, “I hope you’ve already fixed the problem, but if you haven’t, I’ll gladly send you either a list of all the mistakes and their page and paragraph numbers, or I’ll send you my own copy with the mistakes corrected.” I used big phrases like “high caliber” and “I hope this was the only exception” and… okay those might have been my only big phrases, and maybe the word “omitted” and “riddled,” so I guess they weren’t really big phrases at all.
